Digital downloads

Dwelling Dream products are digital files. Because they cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final once the files have been delivered to you (shown on your confirmation page or sent by email).

When we will help

We want you to have a good experience. Please email us at burhanshahroz@gmail.com and we will make it right if:

• a file is corrupted, missing or will not open;
• you received the wrong product;
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• you purchased by mistake and have not received the files. We will review these requests individually.

Depending on the situation, we will replace the file, correct the order or issue a refund to your original payment method.

What isn’t covered

Refunds are not available because colors look different on your screen or on your walls than you expected. We explain this on every palette page and in the guides, and recommend testing physical paint samples before you decide.

How to request help

Email burhanshahroz@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours.
