These terms apply to your use of the Dwelling Dream website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

Dwelling Dream sells digital paint color palettes, guides and planners, delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical products are shipped, and paint is not included. See Digital Products for what each bundle contains.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Your order is complete when payment is confirmed, and your download link is provided on the confirmation page.

3. Licence to use the files

When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it:

• for your own home or project; and
• by designers and decorators for their clients’ projects.

You may not resell, share, give away, upload, redistribute or repackage the files (in whole or in part), or present them as your own work.

4. Intellectual property

All content, text, layouts, images and designs on this website and in our products belong to Dwelling Dream and are protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership.

5. Paint brands and color accuracy

Paint brand and color names (such as Behr, Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore) are trademarks of their respective owners. Dwelling Dream is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Colors shown in our products and on this website may look different from the real paint because of screens, lighting and printing. Our guides are for planning and inspiration; always test physical paint samples before purchasing paint.

6. Refunds

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided for inspiration and planning, and we cannot guarantee how any color will look in your home. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwelling Dream is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the cost of paint, materials or labor, arising from your use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and the products and prices on our site from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
