Shipping / Delivery

Digital delivery only

All Dwelling Dream products are digital downloads. We do not ship any physical items, so there are no shipping fees, shipping times or delivery addresses to worry about.

How you receive your files

1. Choose your palette and complete payment on the secure Stripe checkout page.
2. As soon as payment is complete, you’ll see a confirmation page. Your PDF download links appear there when your files are ready.
3. If your files are not listed yet, we email them to the address you used at checkout within 24 hours.
4. Save the confirmation page, and keep the Stripe payment receipt that is emailed to you.

Each palette includes three PDF files, more than 100 pages in total. For the best experience, download and open them on a computer or tablet, or in a web browser.

If something goes wrong

• Check your browser history for the confirmation page.
• Look for the Stripe payment receipt in your email, including spam or promotions folders.
• If you still can’t access your files, email us at burhanshahroz@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will make sure you get them.
